At alu-druckguss over 200 employees work at the sites in Brieselang and Kozuchow (Poland) in mechanical machining. Virtually every diecast product that leaves the plants has been mechanically machined or preassembled. alu-druckguss has an extensive machine pool with three blasting systems, 16 high-speed machining centres and a large number of turning, milling and special-purpose machines. Stationary testing stations, pressure testing systems and washing systems make sure the quality requirements are met in series production. Production is continually checked with four 3-D measuring machines and residual soiling analyses. The full range of services also includes impregnating, degreasing, KTL coating and chromating.
